Terms and Conditions

By submitting a request to HDM Communities ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.

HDM Communities is a neighborhood-focused handyman network based in Tampa, FL. We help homeowners find practical help with light tasks around their homes, with trash bin cleaning as a featured service.

Submitting a request starts a conversation. It does not automatically book a job, confirm availability, or set a price. Scope, provider availability, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed individually for every request.

Some requests may be fulfilled by another provider in the Handyman Network rather than by HDM Communities directly. Network participants are not necessarily employees of HDM Communities.

If another provider will perform the work, we identify the provider and make clear who is responsible for the service agreement, payment, and customer support before you accept. Your agreement for that work is with the identified provider, on the terms they confirm with you.

We do not represent that every request can be fulfilled, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance results.

Pricing is confirmed per request after we review the details. Until rates are approved, we use "Request Your Price" for bin cleaning inquiries. No price is binding until agreed with you in writing or by phone before scheduling.

You agree to provide accurate information about the work, your address, and access to the property. For bin cleaning, you agree to leave emptied bins in the agreed accessible location. You are responsible for any access instructions, gate codes, or pet information needed to perform the service safely.

Service and marketing text messages are sent only with the applicable consent you provide. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Text Messaging Policy and our Privacy Policy for details.

HDM Communities facilitates introductions and arranges services on a best-efforts, neighbor-first basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from a request or service. Where work is performed by another provider, that provider is responsible for the work they perform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
