• Schedule and confirm agreed services.

HDM Communities operates a Handyman Network. Some requests may be fulfilled by another provider in the network rather than by us directly. To evaluate or fulfill your request, we may share relevant inquiry details — such as your service address, the description of the work, and your photos — with that provider.

Before you accept any work performed by another provider, we identify the provider and make clear who is responsible for the service agreement, payment, and customer support. Providers may use your details only to evaluate or fulfill your specific request — they may not use your details for unrelated marketing.

SMS consent information is kept protected and separate from provider referrals. We do not share your text-messaging consent or mobile marketing preferences with network providers. Service text messages require your recorded consent; promotional text messages require separate marketing consent. Submitting a request is possible without SMS consent.
