We discuss the work and agree on the details with you before any appointment is confirmed.
Clear about who's doing the work
If another provider will perform the work, we identify them and who's responsible for the service agreement, payment, and support — before you accept.
Not every request can be fulfilled, and not every network participant is an employee of HDM Communities. We'll be upfront about what we can help with and who will be doing the work.

When another provider does the work
Some requests may be fulfilled by another provider in the network. Before you accept, we'll identify the provider and make clear who is responsible for the service agreement, payment, and customer support. You're never left guessing about who's on the other end of the work.
